Ramones : In Case Of Emergency T-Shirt

As we gear up to publish Gabba Gabba Hey - our ground-breaking Ramones anthology we thought we'd get the party started by knocking up some merch.

To kick things off we thought we'd re-create the MOST SOUGHT AFTER BUTTON-BADGE The Ramones fan-club ever issued. A button-badge that has passed into legend.

As all Ramones fans know the bands name was inspired by the pseudonym (Paul Ramon) used by Paul McCartney when he booked into hotels during Beatles tours when he wanted to remain incognito.

What's less know is that the legendary "In an emergency..." button-badge was inspired by one issued 10 years earlier by The Beatles fanclub

Both badges are now among the Holy Grail items for collectors.

We couldn't get our hands on a button-badge so we figured the next best thing would be to make a few knock-off t-shirts to keep us all amused until the anthology is published. 

This is a VERY LIMITED EDITION and will be retired once they're gone so don't hang around if you fancy one. 

The distressed and vintage look of the original pin badge is perfectly reflected in this very cool shirt.
